Why spay or neuter your kitty?

Low-cost spays and neuters are available throughout Silicon Valley. For a list of these services, check here:

www.sanjoseanimals.com/spayNeutProg.asp

Financial Assistance for feline spays and neuters is available from NARF for low-income situations in and around Silicon Valley.

Proof of income will be required, and the surgeries must be pre-approved and done at the vet of our choice.

To apply for this assistance, leave your name and phone number in Option 2 on the NARF cat phone line (408.946.2291).

Your cat will be much less likely to urine-mark your home.
Your cat will be less likely to fight with other cats, protecting  it from potentially deadly diseases such as Feline Leukemia.
If spayed or neutered in its first year, your cat will have less chance of developing certain cancers later in life.
Your cat won't disturb your (and your neighbor's) sleep by yowling.
Your cat will be less likely to wander.
